ODI Squad for Champions Trophy Announced: Dravid returns, Rohit dropped

The Indian cricket one day squad for the tri-series in Sri Lanka and also for the Champions Trophy to be held in South Africa was selected and announced today.

The Big News: Rahul Dravid is back in the Indian team after 2 years. Dravid last played an ODI for India in October 2007.

Drop Out Zone: Rohit Sharma, Pragyan Ojha and Ravindra Jadeja have been dropped out. Irfan Pathan didn't even make the 30s cut.

New Face/Come Back Zone: Amit Mishra makes the cut into the Indian ODI squad for the first time. Dinesh Karthik, Abhishek Nayar and Ashish Nehra retain their places too.

Injury Hit List: Virendra Sehwag and Zaheer Khan are still recovering from their injuries. So, didn't make the cut either.
